All Single Trail orders are shipped on priority as soon as your new products are good to go. We endeavour to fulfil all orders as quickly as we can.

The shipping times are indicative of an average time to delivery from loading on the truck to your door. Sometimes delays can occur, and if so, your patience is appreciated.

Single Trail Returns

Our goal is to develop products that make your life easier and that result in your satisfaction. To achieve that and to ensure your purchase confidence, we understand that sometimes a return may be required. We’re happy to take our products back and issue you a full refund.

Change Of Mind Returns – 14 days

If you have changed your mind about your purchase, Single Trail will be pleased to offer you a refund or exchange provided that: – You return the item within 14 days of purchase – You produce a satisfactory proof of purchase (being your original register receipt or online proof of purchase, such as a tax invoice) – The item is in re-saleable condition, including its original packaging (if any), is unused and as sold. Given the value of many of our products, we require proof of a government issued form of identity proving it is your purchase, and can only be pay refunds in the same tender as the original purchase. Your refund will equal the value of your purchase minus shipping. If shipping back to Single Trail, the return shipping will be your sole responsibility.

Faulty Goods Returns

If you believe you have purchased a faulty product, you must provide proof of purchase to receive a refund, replacement product or repair. Proof of purchase may be your original receipt, credit card statement or any other form of evidence.

Single Trail will require an inspection of the suspected faulty product prior to instigating the return and replacement procedure. Where physical inspection is not possible, Single Trail will require photos and/or video to determine the nature and cause of the fault. Single Trail reserves the right to decline an exchange, refund or repair where any product fault is caused by misuse or neglect.
